Pilot FAQ
The questions sponsors actually ask in the first call. Answered plainly. If yours is not here, ask us.
- Where does our data live?
- In your own Lovable Cloud tenant, with row-level security scoped to your organisation. Nothing leaves the tenant. The Compass advisory layer reads tenant data; it never writes to other tenants.
- Is Compass autonomous?
- No. Compass analyses, explains and recommends. A named human ratifies every material action. Every recommendation is logged with its inputs so an auditor can trace the call.
- What happens at the end of the eight weeks?
- Three doors. Renew on a year-one contract (pilot fee credited). Pause with full evidence handover (CSV register, PDF board pack, audit-trail export). Walk away — same handover, no clawback.
- How is the £12k structured?
- Invoiced once at kick-off, payable net-30. Credited line-by-line against year-one fees if you renew. No expansion mechanic during the pilot.
- Can we reference you in our own audit?
- Yes. The Trust Centre tenancy and the audit-trail export are designed to be shown to second-line and external auditors. We will join a walk-through if it helps.
- Who owns what is produced?
- You own your data, your register, your board packs, your audit trail. We retain product IP and aggregated, anonymised learning. Spelled out in the pilot order form.
- Can we talk to an existing pilot sponsor?
- Once at least one pilot is past week four and has agreed to act as a reference, yes. Before that we are honest that we are pre-reference and will say so.
