What it costs
£12k for the eight-week pilot. Credited against year-one if you continue. Walk away with the evidence either way.
What we ask
One named sponsor, one weekly 30-minute review, willingness to be cited (or anonymised) in a one-page case study.
What we will not do
No autonomy claims. Compass advises; humans ratify. No data leaves your tenant. No surprise upsells.
The eight weeks
Weeks 1–2
Tenant stand-up, risk taxonomy import, first KRI feed, first board pack draft.
Weeks 3–5
Live operating cadence. Compass advisory reviews. Audit-trail capture.
Weeks 6–7
Second board cycle. External-evidence dry-run (auditor walk-through if applicable).
Week 8
Renewal decision, evidence handover, written retrospective.

Honest constraint
We run a maximum of three concurrent pilots without outsourced support, four with it contracted, five only with it operational. When slots are full we keep a waitlist with honest dates — we will not take your money to sit in a queue.
