RegAlign Limited builds defensible operating systems for regulated firms. Our first product, RegAlign®, connects regulatory change to obligations, controls and evidence — in one defensible audit trail.
RiskAlign™ is an independent enterprise and non-financial risk operating system. Where RegAlign starts with the regulator's words and works up to risk, RiskAlign starts with the board's view of risk and works down to the controls that mitigate it. The two meet — by design — at the shared control library.
We work with a small number of pilot firms. The work is hands-on. The goal is a stack that exceeds existing best-in-class GRC tools on the only measure that matters: how defensible the picture is on board day.

Every significant product, design, marketing, hiring, partnership or governance decision is evaluated against the five values. This is a clarity mechanism, not a veto. If any answer is "no" or "unclear", we explain why the decision should still proceed.
